Herby rub lamp chops

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 2 tsp Ninja Woodfire Universal rub
  • Bunch of chopped parsley
  • 3 Rosemary sprigs finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • half Juiced lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 8 150g Lamb chop
  • 4 Little gem lettuce
  • Step 1

    In a shallow dish, add Ninja Woodfire Universal rub, herbs, garlic, lemon and oilMix together and season as desired. Add lamb chops and flip to coatChill, covered in a refrigerator for up to 4 hours.  

  • Step 2

    To install the grill plate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place, then close the lid.  

  • Step 3

    While holding the smokebox lid open, use the pellet scoop to pour pellets into the smokebox until filled to the top. Then close smoke box lid.​ 

  • Step 4

    Turn dial to GRILL. Select WOODFIRE FLAVOUR. Set temperature to HI and set time to 6 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10-13 minutes). 

  • Step 5

    When unit beeps to signify it has preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open lid and place lamb chops onto grill plate, gently pressing them down. Close lid to begin cooking.

  • Step 6

    When unit beeps and the display reads FLIP, open lid and use silicone-tipped tongs to flip the chops

  • Step 7

    When cooking is complete, transfer the lamb chops to a warm plate to rest. Add little gem lettuce to the grill cut side down and close lid. Turn dial to GRILL, set temperature to HI, and set time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking. 

  • Step 8

    After 4 minutes remove from grill.

  • Step 9

    Serve lamb chops with charred lettuce.
