Immunity Boosting Drink

Green tea is a great source of antioxidants. Citruses are full of vitamin C. Ginger may help decrease inflammation, while Tumeric also has anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients

  • 100ml strong green tea
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 10g fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100g ice

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to the blender jug.

  • Step 2

    Select FROZEN DRINK.
