Creamy Mango Dairy-Free Soft Serve

TIP: You can add a pinch of chilli flakes or chilli powder for a spicy mango hit. 

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 100g mango, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 30g unsweetened oat milk powder
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 160 ml coconut cream
  • 190ml coconut or oat milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Utensils

  • Large bowl
  • Whisk
  • Microwave
  • Scale
  • Step 1

    In a large microwave safe bowl, add mango, agave and water and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes or until the mango has softened.  

  • Step 2

    Whisk in the oat milk powder, xanthan, coconut cream, coconut milk and vanilla.  Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds. Remove from the microwave and whisk until fully combined. 

  • Step 3

    Make sure tub base is closed. Pour base into empty Swirl Tub. Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours. 

  • Step 4

    Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Install Swirl Tub into outer bowl and cover with processing lid, placing so the lines on the lid and handle align, turn clockwise until you hear a click.   

  • Step 5

    Plug in your unit, slide outer bowl onto base with handle centered on the unit. Twist handle to the right to raise platform until you hear a click.  

  • Step 6

    Select SOFT SERVE then select LIGHT ICE CREAM. 

  • Step 7

    When processing is complete, dispense into a chilled bowl or cone and serve immediately.
