SIGNATURE TIP Add ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum to the dry ingredients. Once combined with wet ingredients, microwave the mixture for 45 seconds. Remove from microwave and whisk until fully combined and sugar is dissolved and continue as instructed.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 16g oat milk powder
  • 160ml coconut cream (shake before use)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons raw agave nectar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 215ml unsweetened almond milk

Utensils

  • Whisk
  • Silicone Tipped Spatula

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and oat milk powder.

  • Step 2

    Slowly add coconut cream to the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Then add remaining ingredients and stir well.

  • Step 3

    Make sure tub base is closed. Pour base into an empty Swirl Tub. Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Install Swirl Tub into outer bowl and cover with processing lid, placing so the lines on the lid and handle align, turn clockwise until you hear a click.

  • Step 5

    Plug in your unit, slide outer bowl onto base with handle centered on the unit. Twist handle to the right to raise platform until you hear a click.

  • Step 6

    Select SOFT SERVE then select LITE ICE CREAM.

  • Step 7

    When processing is complete, dispense into a chilled bowl or cone and serve immediately.
