Cooking mode

  • 85g butter (melted)
  • 130g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 190g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 very ripe bananas (3 ½ mushed, ½ sliced)
  • 100g milk chocolate pieces

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Begin by preheating the over at 180C degrees. 

  • Step 2

    Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic blade, pour in the melted butter along with the brown sugar and eggs, pulse to mix the ingredients together.  

  • Step 3

    Pour in half of the butter with the baking powder and cinnamon, pulse, then add the remaining flour and pulse again until well combined. 

  • Step 4

    Pour in the mushed bananas and chocolate pieces and pulse again until of the ingredients are well combined.  

  • Step 5

    Pour the batter in greased muffins tins – place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are cooked through the middle (pierce the middle to check).

    1. Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool before removing from the oven.
