- 100g cold butter, cut into cubes
- 200g plain flour
- 3-4 tbsp water

Step 1
Install the chopping blade in the Precision Processor® Bowl. Add butter and flour in bowl and select CHOP, twice or until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Place water into feed tube pusher, select LOW and pour water slowly through feed tube until mixture starts to form a ball around the blade, and the bowl is clean.

Step 3
Carefully remove dough from blade and turn out onto a floured board and knead slightly. Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill for 30 minutes before using.
