  • 500g ground beef
  • 125ml cold water
  • 92g meatloaf or hamburger seasoning

Method

  • Step 1

    Insert the crisper basket in unit, then select AIR FRY and set temperature to 210°C. Press START/STOP to begin preheating. 

  • Step 2

    While the unit is preheating, combine the cold water and the seasoning packet in a medium bowl. Add in the ground beef and mix until well combined. 

  • Step 3

    Form the meat into a loaf on a sheet of foil, or use a small loaf pan if you prefer. 

  • Step 4

    When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place the foil with the loaf, or the loaf pan, into the crisper basket. Close lid and set cook time for 25 minutes.   

  • Step 5

    When cook time is finished, carefully remove the meatloaf from the crisper basket to a shallow serving dish. Cover with foil and allow the meat to rest for 5-10 minutes. 

  • Step 6

    Slice into thick pieces and enjoy!
