Chilli Con Carne
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 400g minced beef
- 200g tinned kidney beans
- 100g sweetcorn
- 2 roma /plum tomatoes – diced
- 400ml water
- 250g tomato passata
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 cube beef stock
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander

Step 1
Select SEAR/SAUTÉ and set temperature to HIGH. Press START/STOP and allow to preheat for 5 minutes.

After preheating is complete, place the oil, onions, garlic and beef into the cooking pot and sauté for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add all remaining ingredients except fresh coriander. Stir until well combined and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Assemble pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position.

Select PRESSURE and set to HIGH. Set time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. Once finished, quick release pressure by moving the pressure valve to the VENT position.

Stir in the fresh coriander and serve hot.
