Curried Cabbage
This easy cabbage dish flavoured with delish spices makes a tasty main meal or side dish

- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3 tsp medium curry powder
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 whole white cabbage
- 250ml hot vegetable stock

Step 1
Select SEAR/SAUTÉ and select HIGH. Press START/STOP and allow the pot to heat up for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add the oil and onions, mix with a wooden spoon and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add the garlic, curry powder, mustard seeds and turmeric and mix well. Cook for 1 minute

Add the sliced cabbage and vegetable stock. Press START/STOP

Assemble the pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position

Select PRESSURE and set to HIGH and set the time to 4 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin

When pressure cooking is complete, allow pressure to natural release for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, quick release the pressure by turning the pressure release valve to the VENT position

Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure and serve!
