Cooking mode

  • 350g flour
  • 100g almond flour
  • 100g butter
  • 150g coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Zest from 1 orange

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Step 2

    Mix the butter with sugar until soft and fluffy.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the butter into the food processor with the dough attached. Add orange zest and eggs, and vanilla extract, mix well until all is combined.

  • Step 4

    Add flour and baking powder. At the end fold in the chocolate chips ( and almonds if you wish)

  • Step 5

    Divide the dough into 3-4 equal parts and form rolls of cookie dough.

  • Step 6

    Put the dough on the baking sheet, bake for 15min.

  • Step 7

    Get them out of the oven, lift them carefully and the chopping board. Cut them in slices.

  • Step 8

    Put them back on the baking sheet cut side up.

  • Step 9

    Bake for another 7-10 min.
