Pulled Pork Sloppy Joes

Cooking mode

  • 1kg pork lion or pork tenderloin
  • 3/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 cup bbq sauce ( homemade or store bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • Burger buns to serve

  • Step 1

    Season meat with salt and pepper and let it rest for 5 min on the counter

  • Step 2

    Arrange the meat in the foodi.

  • Step 3

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

  • Step 4

    Choose the slow cooking option Set the temperature on medium and the time 8-10h.

  • Step 5

    When the time is over. Use forks to shred the meat.

  • Step 6

    Enjoy on sandwiches, wraps or even baked potatoes.
