Cooking mode

  • 100g soft butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Favourite jam

Utensils

  • Step 1

    In the bowl of ninja food processor with dough blade attached. Add all dry ingredients and pulse for 10 seconds

  • Step 2

    Add the butter and pulse until combined with the dry ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Add the egg, pulse for another few seconds.

  • Step 4

    Your dough should be soft and coming nicely together. If you feel that it is to dry add a bit of cold milk or cold water.

  • Step 5

    Using small ice cream scoop or a large tablespoon roll out small balls.

  • Step 6

    Put them on a baking tray with some space apart. Using your thumb make a little hole and fill up that hole with some jam.

  • Step 7

    Bake in preheated oven to 170 degrees for about 15-18 minutes. Let it cool on a wire rack.
