Valentine’s Double Chocolate Tartlets
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
For the base
- 150g rolled oats
 - 50g granola of choice
 - 3 tbsp coconut oil
 - 3 tbsp smooth nut butter
 - 6 tbsp maple syrup
 - 1 tbsp cinnamon
 
For the filling
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
 - 100g dark chocolate
 
For the white chocolate hearts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
 - 75g white chocolate
 - Freeze dried berries
 - Dried rose petals
 
Utensils

Step 1
Place the oats, granola and cinnamon into your Ninja Kitchen food processor.

Step 2
Melt the coconut oil, nut butter and syrup then pour in and pulse a few times to break down and combine.

Step 3
Divide between 4 loose bottom tartlet tins and press up the sides and on the bottom. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.

Step 4
Melt the coconut oil and chocolate then pour between the tartlet tins to fill to the top. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours to set.

Step 5
Meanwhile gently melt the coconut oil and white chocolate. Place a few freeze dried berries and rose petals into a heart-shaped silicone mold then pour the melted white chocolate over. Chill for 1 hour.

Step 6
Pop the white chocolate hearts out and place two one each tartlet. Pop out of the tins and enjoy!
