Cooking mode

- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 225g mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp tamari

Step 1
Insert the cooking pot into the unit and close the lid. Select ROAST, set the temperature to 160°C, and the time for 15 minutes. Select START/STOP.

Once the unit has pre-heated add the coconut oil and nuts and stir until the nuts are coated with the oil. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the tamari and stir. Cook for a further 5 minutes then leave to cool in the cooking pot completely before serving. Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
