Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 carrots (peeled and then peeled into ribbons)
- 140g edamame beans
- 1/4 red cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 red pepper (thinly sliced)
- A handful radishes (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled into ribbons)
- A handful crushed peanuts
- 2 heaped tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Juice from lime
- 100ml coconut milk
- 3 spring onions (2 sliced lengthways, 1 sliced horizontally)

Step 1
Begin by making the sauce. In your ninja add the smooth peanut butter, maple syrup, soy sauce, lime juice and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.

Next in a large bowl combine the carrot and cucumber ribbons, edamame beans, sliced red pepper, radishes and the spring onions sliced lengthways.

Step 3
Plate up, drizzle over the satay sauce and finish by adding some crushed peanuts and the remaining spring onion on top. Enjoy!
