Cacao Sunflower Seed Butter

- 270g sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Fruit to serve (optional)

Step 1
Begin by preheating the oven to 180c. Scatter the sunflower seeds onto a tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before adding the seeds to your ninja. Blend for approximately 15 minutes until a runny butter forms. Give the blender a break every few minutes, scraping down the sides as you do.

Once runny add the cacao powder and coconut sugar and blend again until combined.

Either serve with fruit or add to porridge, toast or anything that you wish. Enjoy!
