Grilled Pineapple

Cooking mode

- 50g butter, melted
- 70g dark brown sugar
- A pinch cinnamon
- 1 small pineapple, peeled and cut into 2cm thick batons
- 40g double cream
- A pinch chilli flakes and squeeze of lime to serve (optional)
Utensils

Step 1
Combine melted butter, brown sugar and Cinnamon in a large pan.

Add the pineapple and drizzle the mixture over the top.

Meanwhile on the Ninja grill, select grill and set temperature to max.

Set time to 10 minutes.

Add pineapple.

Gently flip the pineapple pieces midway.

Add the pineapple back to the pan and keep the heat on medium low.

Pour in double cream stirring until a sauce is formed. Around 30 seconds.

Remove to a plate and add a pinch of chilli flakes and a sprinkling of Lime Juice.

Serve with Ice Cream.
