White Chocolate Coated Peanut & Oat Bites
This gluten and dairy free peanut and oat bite recipe is super simple and makes the perfect snack or treat
Coat them in some white chocolate for a little bit of indulgence!

Cooking mode

- 200g smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 45ml (3tbsp) maple syrup
- 70g gluten free oats
- 150g dairy free white chocolate
- Handful chopped peanuts (optional)
Utensils
- Fridge

Step 1
Add the peanut butter, vanilla, maple syrup and gluten free oats to your food processor

Blend on a low speed until everything is combined, you may need to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice

Cover a plate or chopping board in greaseproof paper

Step 4
Roll the peanut butter mixture into ball shapes between your hands and place them on the greaseproof paper

Place them in the fridge to set for 30 mins

Melt 150g of dairy free white chocolate

Step 7
Dip the peanut bites in the white chocolate to coat them, place them back on the greaseproof paper and sprinkle over the chopped peanuts

Place the bites back in the fridge to set for 1hr

Store in the fridge
