Watermelon ‘Sorbet’

Fresh, healthy and low in sugar! When you’re looking for that hit of something sweet and refreshing, but you’re also trying very hard to be healthy, this delicious watermelon sorbet ticks all of the boxes! 

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 350g pre-chopped watermelon
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 lime, juices

Utensils

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl mix together the agave syrup with the lime juice.

  • Step 2

    Place watermelon pieces into pint, up to but not beyond the fill line. Pour agave and lime juice over watermelon.

  • Step 3

    Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove BLOC Pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Bloc Paddle into outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 5

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 6

    Once processing is complete, remove Sorbet from pint and serve immediately with desired toppings.
