Cooking mode

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 3/4 cup sunflower oil or coconut oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup pumpkin pure
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C.

Place all wet ingredients in the food processor bowl with dough blade.

Mix for 1 min.

Step 4
Add dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Step 5
Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Fill 3/4 each muffing case with the dough.

Step 7
Sprinkle with cinnamon crumble.

Bake 20-25 min.
