Cooking mode

  • 150g gluten-free flour
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 100g sweetener / coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100g apple puree
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp almond or cashew butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 75g dates, chopped
  • Flaked almonds

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place the flour, almonds, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, apple puree, egg, nut butter and vanilla into your Ninja Kitchen, Nutri Ninja food processor and blend until a batter forms, then stir in the dates.

  • Step 2

    Divide between two small greased and lined loaf tins then scatter over flaked almonds and some extra coconut sugar. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes until risen and nicely golden. 

  • Step 3

    Leave to cool then pop out, slice and serve!
