Heart Cheesecakes

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

For the base

  • 80g oats
  • 20g granola
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

For the filling

  • 300g soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp strawberry or raspberry jam
  • 30g sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To decorate

  • melted white chocolate
  • homemade chocolate hearts
  • freeze-dried raspberries

Utensils

  • Step 1

    First make the base – Mix together the ingredients until the mixture comes together, then divide between 4 x individual round or heart shaped silicone moulds and press down.

  • Step 2

    Next use your Ninja Kitchen food processor and blend the filling ingredients until thick and smooth.

  • Step 3

    Spoon the mixture onto the base to fill to the top then smooth out. Freeze for at latest 4 hour until firmed.

  • Step 4

    Pop out of the tins then drizzle over melted white chocolate and top with a mini chocolate heart. Enjoy left out of the freezer for a few minutes!
