Peppered Turkey Roulades
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 turkey breasts
- 1 tbsp green peppercorns (pickled)
- 3 fl.oz cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 200g cream cheese
- 4 slices of bacon
- garlic cloves
- pepper, salt, paprika powder (sweet)
- 3 fl.oz vegetable stock
- sauce thickener
- fresh herbs
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- tagliatelle or rice

Step 1
Cut the turkey in flat slices and pound them with a meat tenderiser until flat. Spread the cream cheese on every slice and season with pepper and salt. Roll each up to a roulade and wrap around a slice of bacon on each.

Step 2
Set the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker to Sear/Sauté on medium temperature. Add olive oil to the pot and roast the roulades from every side. Cut garlic in thin slices and add it to the pot. Then select Bake/Roast and set to 190 °C for 20 min. Close the lid. In the meanwhile combine the cream with the remaining cream cheese, mustard and stock. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

When there is only 10-15 min. left, open the lid and add the mixture to the roulades and wait until finished.

Step 4
Place roulades on a plate and add sauce thickener to the sauce if needed. Top with fresh herbs and serve with noodles or rice.
