Harrisa Lamb Chops with Tahini Dressing
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
For the marinade
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp rose harissa paste
- 1 tsp Ras el hanout spice mix
For the dressing
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 50g tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey

Step 1
To install the grill plate, slide it into the front of the base so it hooks in, then press down on the back until it clicks into place. Close the lid. Select GRILL, set temperature to MED, set time for 20 minutes. Press the dial to begin preheating, (preheating will take approximately 8-10 minutes).

Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix the marinade for the lamb chops. Brush over the lamb chops and leave to marinate. Reserve remaining marinade for use later.

When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, open lid and place lamb chops on grill. Close lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Flip lamb and baste with more marinade. Close lid to continue cooking for another 5 minutes, then flip lamb and baste with more marinade.

Make dressing in a small bowl, place all ingredients and whisk together until smooth.

Serve lamb chops hot with dressing and grilled vegetables or couscous salad.
