Shakshuka

Cooking mode

  • 200g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 20g finely diced orange pepper
  • 1g paprika
  • 1g cumin
  • 1g chilli flakes (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
  • 2 eggs

For the garnish

  • Chopped Coriander
  • ½ red chilli
  • 30g crumbled feta cheese

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Combine the chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion powder, chilli flakes, paprika, cumin salt and pepper and the diced pepper into an oven proof dish

  • Step 2

    Mix well

  • Step 3

    Using a spoon create 2 wells into the dish and crack the eggs in it

  • Step 4

    Bake into the air fryer for 20 minutes at 160C

  • Step 5

    Garnish with the coriander, chilli and feta cheese and enjoy with some crusty bread
