Provençal Pork Chops

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • NADA Salt and pepper
  • 4 x 175g bone-in pork chops
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100ml sweet white wine
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400g cooked spaghetti, to serve
  • 10 basil leaves, finely sliced, to serve

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Insert grill plate in the unit. Place flat plate on top of grill plate so it sits flat and close lid. Select FLAT PLATE, set temperature to 200°C and set time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

  • Step 2

    While unit preheats, mix oil with herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add pork chops and toss to coat in the herb mixture.

  • Step 3

    When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place chops on the plat plate and cook for 3 minutes, leaving the lid open. After 3 minutes, turn the pork chops over, add tomatoes and close lid.

  • Step 4

    With 5 minutes remaining on the timer, remove pork chops from flat plate and set aside to rest. Pour the white wine on the flat plate to deglaze and allow to cook, lid open, for remaining time.

  • Step 5

    Once cooking is complete, add butter, lemon juice and pasta to the pan. Toss together, then serve immediately with the pork chops and some chopped basil scattered on top.
