Pasta with wild garlic pesto and cherry tomatoes

  • 200g short pasta
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 20 g cashew nuts
  • 1 squeeze of juice lemon
  • 8 small cocktail tomatoes
  • NADA olive oil
  • NADA Salt
  • NADA Some Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • NADA

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Cook the pasta. Wash wild garlic, spin dry.

  • Step 2

    Chop the cashews. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Chop the wild garlic a bit, blend with olive oil and cashews in the Ninja Power Nutri Blender to make a pesto.

  • Step 3

    Mix salt and parmesan into the pesto, stir in a splash of lemon juice. Depending on the consistency, add a little more olive oil.

  • Step 4

    Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. In a large pan, gently heat 8 tablespoons of wild garlic pesto, add the drained pasta and cherry tomatoes and toss to combine.

  • Step 5

    Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.
