Nutella Stuffed Cookies

This recipe is absolutely the ONE! They are super fudgy and rich butter chocolate chip cookies loaded with Nutella. As you break into each cookie, you get a lava of melted Nutella.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 150g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 120g light brown sugar
  • 80g white sugar
  • 230g plain flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 200g milk chocolate pieces
  • 10 tbsp frozen Nutella
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the dough blade, add the light brown sugar, white sugar and butter and select low for approximately 30 seconds mix the butter and sugars.

  • Step 2

    Add the flour, egg yolks and bicarbonate of soda and select low again for 30-60 seconds to mix all of the ingredients together and create the cookie dough. Add the chocolate pieces and select low again for 12-20 seconds to mix the chocolate pieces with the dough.

  • Step 3

    Place the cookie dough in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Remove the cookie dough from the fridge, using an ice-cream, scoop the cookie dough into balls, then flatten the cookie dough and place the frozen Nutella on top of the dough and roll the dough back into a ball making sure the blueberry jam is tightly inside the cookie dough.

  • Step 5

    Set your Ninja Mini Flip oven to bake at 170C degrees (if you are using a regular oven, preheat the oven 15 minutes before), place the cookie dough balls in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper with a large gap in between each cookie.

  • Step 6

    Place in the oven and bake for 14-15 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and enjoy.
