The avocado in this smoothie lends to the most perfect creamy texture, with some bitterness from the cacao complimented by the sweetness of the frozen banana. This smoothie is full of goodness!

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ ripe frozen banana1
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder
  • 75ml dairy free yoghurt
  • 1 tsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100ml dairy free milk
  • Cacao nibs to decorate(optional)

Utensils

    Simply blend all the ingredients in the ninja until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Serve with a sprinkling of cacao nibs should you wish.
