Tandoori Chicken
This is an easy recipe for Tandoori Chicken recipe made with a yoghurt marinade. Ready to eat in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks
For the marinade
- 0.5 cup Plain Yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp dry Fenugreek (Optional)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 Lemon, juice only
- Pinch powdered red food colouring (Optional)
- Oil Spray
Utensils

Step 1
Add all the ingredients for the marinade to a large bowl and add the chicken drumsticks.

Mix together and leave to marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Preheat the air fryer to 180c.

Step 4
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.

Step 5
Add the Chicken and spray with oil.

Step 6
Air fry for 15 minutes turning midway.

Step 7
Check the Chicken is cooled through and continue to cook for longer if needed.
