Peanut Butter Biscuits

Cooking mode

- Butter, for greasing
- 180g peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
- 155g light soft brown sugar
- 1 medium egg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C.

Grease the Ninja Foodi Zerostick Medium Baking Tray with butter.

In a medium bowl, add the peanut butter, sugar and egg and mix until well combined.

Portion the dough into 12 equal balls, about 1 tablespoon each and roll into 2.5cm balls. Arrange the portioned dough balls on the greased tray. Then press down with the back of a fork to flatten slightly.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cooking is complete when the biscuits are golden and soft to the touch.

Allow the biscuits to cool on tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
