Cooking mode

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • To taste soft butter for spreading
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 25g cooked turkey
  • 1 slice ham
  • 1 slice Gouda
  • 1 small gherkin, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Flip unit down to horizontal position and push level back all the way until it clicks into position

  • Step 2

    Evenly spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Then place one piece of bread, butter side down on the grill tray. Spread with mayonnaise and mustard, then top with turkey, ham, Gouda, gherkin slices and tomato slices. Close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread, butter side up

  • Step 3

    Insert the press into the unit. Using the top handle, press down so the top cooking plate lowers

  • Step 4

    Select PANINI, select HIGH and set timer to 12 minutes.  Select START/STOP to begin. Bake until your desired shade is reached

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, remove panini press from unit and serve immediately
