Cooking mode

- To taste soft butter for spreading
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 150g left over macaroni cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp chives, thinly sliced
- 25g grated Cheddar cheese

Step 1
Flip unit down to horizontal position and push level back all the way until it clicks into position

Evenly spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Then place one piece of bread, butter side down on the grill tray. Top with macaroni cheese, tomato and chives. Close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread, butter side up. Top with grated cheese

Insert the press into the unit. Using the top handle, press down so the top cooking plate lowers

Select PANINI, select HIGH and set timer to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. Bake until your desired shade is reached

When cooking is complete, remove panini press from unit and serve immediately with rocket leaves
