Pumpkin Gnocchis
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 150g Pumpkin puree
- 300g Oats
- 1 tsp salt
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- A handful fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Utensils

Step 1
Ground your oats in your ninja food processor .

Step 2
Combine with 1 tsp salt and pumpkin puree

Step 3
Work into a dough, roll out and cut into gnocchi shapes.

Step 4
Fry 7-8 Minutes or until golden brown, add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and a bit of olive oil.
