Cooking mode

- 3 medium eggs, separated
- 75g grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp tablespoon freshly chopped chives
- To taste salt
- To taste ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp tablespoon oil

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix egg yolks with cheese, chives, salt and pepper

In a separate medium bowl, add egg whites and whisk until firm peaks are formed. The mixture should be stiff. Fold a few tablespoons of egg white into the egg yolk mixture. Then fold in the remaining egg whites

Heat the Ninja 20cm frying pan on medium heat, add oil and allow to preheat for 2-3 minutes until hot. Swirl oil around pan then add egg mixture. Smooth the top of the egg mixture with a spatula, forming an omelette. Cook for about 5 minutes until the base is golden brown and the egg mixture is almost cooked on top

When the omelette is done cooking, carefully slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate and fold it in half. Serve immediately
