Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 peppers, finely chopped
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 200ml low fat coconut milk
- Juice of a quarter of a lemon
- NADA rice
Utensils

Step 1
Cut vegetables into small pieces.
Fry the onions and garlic for 3 minutes over high heat. Then add the spices, tomatoes and peppers.

Step 2
Fry again for 5 minutes.
Transfer everything into your ninja food processor, blend It and pour it back into the pan. Add Chickpeas, coconut milk, lemon juice and season optional.

Serve with rice and enjoy
