Air Fried Spicy Duck Leg

Tip:

Check your duck leg halfway into cooking. If it’s still very pink And juicy, reduce temperature to 170 C and extend air frying time for 10 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 duck legs

For the marinade

  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger 
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil 
  • Chilli powder, as much as you like
  • Salt and pepper

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all marinate ingredients.

  • Step 2

    Coat duck leg everywhere with the marinate and leave in in the fridge, in air tight container for at least 2-4h to marinate. 

  • Step 3

    Set ninja health grill on air frying mode, 180 C for 25 min 

  • Step 4

    Turn duck leg every 7-10min. 

  • Step 5

    Serve with salad and grilled potatoes.
