Air Fryer Vegetables
An easy, healthy, cosy side dish that goes well with any roast dinner. Works well for meal prep too!

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 400g potatoes, cut into small chunks roughly 1 inch across
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut into 1.5 inch chunks
- 1 parsnip, peeled and cut into chunks (or add more carrots)
- 1 swede, peeled and cut into chunks (or add more carrots)
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 red onion (optional)

Step 1
Toss the Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips and Swede in 2 tbsp Olive Oil and select air crisp. Set the timer for 15 minutes at 200 C.

Step 2
Combine Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Oregano in a large bowl.

Step 3
Add the Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips and Swede as well as the Onions to the bowl and toss in an additional 1 Tbsp Olive Oil.

Air crisp for an additional 5 – 7 minutes.
