Aperol Spritz Slushie
Tip: Serve in tall, fluted glasses with colourful paper straws and slices of fresh orange and you’ve got a holiday in a glass.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 x 175ml bottles pre-mixed Aperol Spritz cocktail
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 100ml water

Step 1
Pour both bottles of Aperol Spritz into the tub. Add sugar and stir until it has dissolved and bubbles stop frothing.

Stir water into mixture, then place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Step 4
Select LIGHT ICE CREAM.

Once processing is complete, divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
