Baked Oats

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

For the oats

  • 100g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 220ml oat milk
  • 30g nut butter
  • 30g maple syrup or 50g erythritol for sugar free alternative)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the filling

  • 120g yoghurt
  • 30g protein powder

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Mix yoghurt and protein powder together until creamy and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Mix all other ingredients into a blender until you get a creamy dough.

  • Step 3

    Grab two bowls and fill them with 3/4 of the batter.

  • Step 4

    Put your protein topping in the middle and cover with the remaining batter.

  • Step 5

    Bake 25 Minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy this super tasty and healthy meal.
