BBQ Tahini Dip with Parsnip Fries
Sweet crispy parsnip fries dipped in a vegan smoky BBQ tahini dip. Your guests will be seriously impressed, and both components couldn’t be easier to make.

For the BBQ tahini dip
- 5 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 5 tbsp tomato puree
- 5 tbsp water
For the parsnip fries
- 4 large parsnips (peeled and cut into fries)
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
Begin by making the parsnip fries. Add the corn starch, paprika, pepper and salt to a large mixing bowl and combine.

Next add the parsnip fries and coat evenly.

Add the olive oil and give the bowl a good shakebefore emptying the fries into the Ninja Foodi Multicooker.

Air crisp at 200c for 20 minutes giving them a stir/shake every 5 minutes.

Whilst they’re crisping in the Foodi, add all of the ingredients for the dip into the blender and blend until smooth.Enjoy!
