Beef Roulade
Beef roulades stuffed with dried tomatoes and mushrooms with gravy.

For the stuffing
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 white onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- fresh parsley
For the roulade
- topside beef (cut into 4 large, thin slices)
- 1/2 cup bacon
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- dried tomatoes
For the sauce
- 2 white onions
- 2 carrots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 8 fl oz red wine
- 16 fl oz vegetable stock
- 3 fl oz cream
- 1 tbsp starch

Step 1
Add all the ingredients for the stuffing to the Ninja Food processor and mix to combine. Then add mixture to a pan and saute.

Spread the bacon, the tomato paste, the dried tomatoes and the roasted stuffing on the 4 thin sliced beef and roll each up to a roulade.

Then start the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker MAX and set to SAUTE to brown the roulades from all sides.

Chop the vegetables and add it with the wine and the vegetable stock to the Ninja pot.

Set pressure to HI for 25 minutes. Make sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position.

Step 6
When pressure cooking is complete, release pressure quick by moving the pressure release valve to the VENT position.

Step 7
Remove the roulades from the pot. Then puree the sauce. Add the cream and 1 Tablespoon of starch and combine.

Serve with German dumplings, red cabbage or pumpkin puree.
