Cooking mode

- 200g oats
- 100g sweetener
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 120ml milk of choice
- 1 egg
For the cheesecake mixture
- 100g soft cheese
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 2 tbsp flour of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g frozen cherries
- Flaked almonds

Step 1
Preheat the 180C and lightly grease an ovenproof dish.

Mix together the oats, sweetener, cocoa powder, cinnamon then whisk the milk and egg and pour in. Stir well then pour into the dish.

Step 3
Place the soft cheese, sweetener, flour and vanilla extract into your Ninja Kitchen and blend until quite thick but smooth then dot over the oats. Use a knife to swirl then scatter the cherries over.

Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes then scatter over flaked almonds. Eat hot or cold!
