Blender Bruschetta

Using the ninja to make the perfect consistency of part blended bruschetta. A fresh and vibrant bite to eat during the warmer months.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • ½ Frenchstick (sliced)
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Generous pinch salt
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • Handful of fresh basil (roughly chopped)

Utensils

  • Step 1

    If you’d like your bread to be warm, slice and place under a hot grill while you prepare the tomatoes.

  • Step 2

    Place ½of the tomatoes, the olive oil, salt and crushed garlic into the blender and blend for 1-2 seconds.

  • Step 3

    Quarter the remaining tomatoes and place into a bowl along with the chopped basil.

  • Step 4

    Add the tomato mix from the ninja and combine.

  • Step 5

    Using a spoon add the mix on top of the bread and enjoy!
