Smoked Crispy Sweet bacon wrapped wings

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 10 large chicken wings, tips cut off
- 1 tbsp tablespoon oil
- 1 - 3 tsp 1-3 teaspoons Ninja Woodfire Sweet BBQ seasoning
- 10 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
- 130g Padron peppers

Step 1
Brush wings with oil and coat with the BBQ seasoning. Sprinkle remaining seasoning over bacon rashers and then wrap bacon around each wing.

To install the grill plate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place, place wings on grill plate making sure they do not touch, then close the lid.

While holding the smokebox lid open, use the pellet scoop to pour pellets into the smokebox until filled to the top. Then close smoke box lid.

Turn dial to SMOKER, set temperature to 190°C and set time to 30 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking, (preheating is not needed).

After 25 minutes, check wings. Cooking is complete when the wings reach an internal temperature of 75°C, and bacon is crispy. Remove from unit, add the Padron peppers and close lid. Cook until the peppers are blistered. Sprinkle with extra sweet BBQ seasoning if desired.

Serve with sour cream, BBQ sauce or whatever your dreams are made of!
