Chocolate Cheese & Raspberry Whoopie Cookies

A totally guilt-free protein packed whoppie sandwich cookie. This recipe is made using gluten-free oats, it is also sugar-free and oil/butter free. You can add any filling in the middle of the cookies that you would like.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 100g oat flour
  • 55g chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 1 medium ripe mashed banana (90g)
  • 40g stevia
  • 2 eggs
  • 75g light cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Fresh raspberries

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic dough blade, add the oat flour and the whey, baking powder, salt and the cocoa powder and select low for 30 seconds to mix the dry ingredients together.

  • Step 2

    Add the mashed banana, 30g stevia and eggs and select low for 30-45 seconds to combine the dry and wet ingredients together.

  • Step 3

    Preheat your Ninja Mini Flip oven to 160 degrees (if you are using a regular oven, pre-heat at the beginning), line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, using two table spoons, scoop the cookie dough in the tray and form a cookie shape.

  • Step 4

    Bake the cookies for 5-6 minutes, remove from the oven and allow the cool before adding the cream cheese filling.

  • Step 5

    Add the cream cheese in a small bowl with 10g of stevia and thoroughly mix the two ingredients together. Spread cream cheese in two of the cookies then add raspberries (optional)and sandwich the cookies together.

    You can use any fresh fruits instead of raspberries and/or even peanut butter.
