Chocolate Gelato Lite
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp stevia powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 160ml coconut cream
- 300ml chocolate oat milk

Step 1
Whisk egg yolks, agave, stevia and cocoa powder together in a small saucepan until the mixture is fully combined and the stevia has dissolved.

Stir coconut cream and oat milk into egg yolk mixture, then cook over low heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the temperature reaches 74–79°C on an instant-read thermometer.

Step 3
Remove from heat and pour through sieve into the tub. Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 4
Remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select GELATO.

Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove gelato from tub and serve immediately.
