Step 1
Roll out your pastry onto a chopping board, I like to lightly flour my rolling pin and board when doing this
Step 2
Cut an equal square into your pastry, around 20cm by 20cm – however you can cut these however large or small you wish
Step 3
You will be folding these over meeting each diagonal corner with the other, so lightly lay your desired ingredient combination on one diagonal half of the square. You can have fun with the combinations depending on what yo’uve got leftover – we used blue cheese, fresh pear and honey for one set, brie, cranberry sauce and fresh thyme for another!
Step 4
Now fold over to cover, so you now have a triangle
Step 5
With a fork, lightly close and press around the edges, piercing a little slice in the top for the air
Step 6
Now gently egg wash your pasty, add it into your Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill & Air Fryer – I sprayed a little fry light oil into the tray
Step 7
Transfer the pastries over and air fry at 200 for 8 minutes. I checked on mine after this and popped back in for a further 2 minutes to be extra golden, however depending on the size of your turnover, they might be just fine after the 8 minutes
