Step 1
Insert pot in unit and close lid. Select BAKE, set temperature to 150°C and time to 10 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin preheating

Line air fryer basket with baking paper and lightly brush it with oil

Add egg whites to a bowl and using handheld mixer whisk until stiff peaks. Mix both sugars together, and slowly add a little sugar at the time to egg whites while whisking continuously. Continue to whisk until all sugar has dissolved

Carefully stir in coconut and place mixture into a piping bag

Pipe 15 4cm macrons onto the baking paper
Step 6
Once unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place basket in the unit and close lid to begin

When cooking is complete, allow macrons to cool down. They should be crunchy on top and soft and chewy on the inside
