Coronation Rose Petal Fizz
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 75g strawberries, hulled and halved
- 50g raspberries
- 50g caster sugar
- 3 tbsp rosewater
- Prosecco
- Pink rose petals to decorate, optional
Utensils
- 
								Step 1Add strawberries, raspberries, sugar and rosewater to the BOWL. 
- 
								Step 2Select MIX, (if you are using a CB350, press START/STOP to begin), then twist Power Paddle anti-clockwise continuously while blending until the program is complete.

								Step 3Remove blades after blending. 
- 
								Step 4Add a spoon or two to each glass, then top up chilled prosecco and decorate with washed rose petals.
